“Teaching is an art”

Teaching is an art.Every teacher needs to use his teaching strategies,methods in the classroom as he or she improve their teaching skills.Similarly the teacher needs to be aware of the students level of learning abilities..The five fingers of our hand are not the same.Similarly not all students
have the same learning abilities.
 I am working in govt.primary school.The students in our school are very socially backward.Those who are mostly absent to school. They not interested in the leaning process I decided to overcome these problems I changed  my teaching method. I have devised and implemented play way techniques,Activities in school to make it easier to learn complex concepts. Every student participate in the activities with joy and they remember for a long time.
Mathematics, English subjects topics teaching in play way method and the
children show much interest on these subjects.
                      Students are participating in a happy environment through activities
 and games without feeling that they are studying. There by gradually increasing
attendance percentage of children to the school. Teaching English conversations
 in activity based method to improve their English speaking abilities.

 

Similarly a wide variety of teaching learning materials have been
developed to engage students and prepare them for the learning process.
Attractive teaching tools for Telugu language, English, Mathematics have
impressed students.Students will understand the concept easily and remember it for a long time. We improve students all-round development by using Activities, play way methods,T.L.M, Story books etc.

A channel titled as”Gangadhar teaching&learning ideas” has been
launched on YouTube to make use of the teaching material, teaching methods,
used in our school and not limited to our school and share with other school
teachers. In this channel Activities,Play way methods, T.L.Ms,are posted in the
form of videos. Similarly a page has been created on Facebook titled as”
Gangadhar teaching&learning ideas and posted our school activities.
