Lesson 2 The Sun Goes On A Holiday
Everyone enjoys a holiday. So,one fine Sunday, the Sun also took a holiday. It suddenly disappeared from the sky. Darkness covered the earth.
सभी को छुट्टी का आनंद मिलता है। तो, एक रविवार, सूर्य ने भी छुट्टी ले ली । वह अचानक आसमान से गायब हो गया। पृथ्वी को अंधेरे ने ढँक लिया।
A squirrel was chasing its friend. It stopped and wondered at the darkness. It guessed something was wrong and ran home.
एक गिलहरी अपने दोस्त का पीछा कर रही थी। यह रुक गया और उसेअंधेरा देख आश्चर्य हुआ। उसने अनुमान लगाया कि कुछ गलत था और घर भाग गया।
A little plant searched for the Sun. It couldn’t grow without the Sun’s rays. Flowers didn't bloom.Flowers and leaves of the plant bent low to the ground. bee couldn't find any honey because the flowers didn’t bloom, so it went back to its hive. The Sun wasn’t there,so the wind got stuck up the hill.
छोटा पौधा सूरज की तलाश में था ।
वह सूर्य की किरणों के बिना नहीं बढ़ सकता था। फूल नहीं खिले। फूल और पत्तियां जमीन की ओर नीचे झुक गए। मधुमक्खी को कोई शहद नही मिला क्योंकि फूल नही खिले , इसलिए वह अपने छत्ते में वापस चली गई। सूर्य वहां नहीं था, इसलिए हवा पहाड़ी पर अटक गई।
Men, women and children stopped working. They opened their windows and said, “What happened to the Sun?” It was very quiet every where and the warmth of the Sun was missing too. All of them prayed for the Sun to rise.
पुरुषों, महिलाओं और बच्चों ने काम करना बंद कर दिया। उन्होंने अपनी खिड़कियां खोलीं और कहा, “सूर्य को क्या हुआ?” हर जगह बहुत सन्नाटा था और सूर्य की गर्मी भी गायब थी। उन सभी ने सूर्य के उदय होने की प्रार्थना की।
The Sun looked down from its abode. The stillness on the earth shocked
the Sun. The Sun felt sorry. The earth seemed lifeless. This made the Sun very sad. So he decided to stop his holiday and start shining again.
सूर्य अपने घर से नीचे देखा। पृथ्वी की स्थिरता से सूर्य को सदमा लगा । इससे सूर्य बहुत दुःखी हुआ। पृथ्वी बेजान लगी । इससे सूर्य बहुत दुखी हुए। इसलिए उन्होंने अपनी छुट्टी रोकने और फिर से चमकने का फैसला किया।
The plants grew and flowers bloomed. Bees and birds started singing.
The river flowed joyfully and the wind blew. Mother bird was happy and everyone on the earth began to work!
पौधे बड़े हो गए और फूल खिल गए। मधुमक्खियों और पक्षियों ने गाना शुरू कर दिया।
नदी खुशी से बहने लगी और हवा चलने लगी। माँ पक्षी खुश थी और पृथ्वी पर हर किसी ने काम करना शुरू कर दिया!
Indeed, the Sun can never go on a holiday!
वास्तव में, सूर्य कभी छुट्टी पर नहीं जा सकता !
